All lasting civilization rests on inner depth.
Spiritual culture is not a matter of withdrawal from the world, but of enlightened engagement with it. It elevates action, refines ethics and gives culture a dimension of meaning.
The Roqey Foundation’s Club Lumière Spirituelle et Culture Soufie is part of this approach. It is a structured space for the transmission, reflection and enhancement of spiritual heritage, while respecting national constants and universal openness.

Biography
Mr Hicham Chinoun
A traditional tourism entrepreneur and Managing Director of the road transport company Bab Allah, a name that already evokes the idea of passage and openness.
A man of action in the business world, he is also a man on a quest. A lover of spirituality and Sufi culture, he moves forward with the conviction that every outward journey reflects an inner journey.
Between the roads of the earth and the paths of the soul, he cultivates a rare balance: leading with firmness, acting with conscience, and embedding every project within a vision where meaning precedes action.
