Peace and Tolerance Club

Peace cannot be decreed. It must be built.
Tolerance cannot be proclaimed. It must be practiced.

The Roqey Foundation’s Peace and Tolerance Club was born of a deep-seated conviction: any authentic cultural action must carry with it a dimension of social harmony and mutual respect. In a world riven by tensions and fractures, it is essential to create spaces for dialogue, listening and understanding.

Presentation

Club Paix et Tolérance - Roqey Foundation

The Club Paix et Tolérance acts as a platform dedicated to promoting the universal values of coexistence, respect for differences and intercultural dialogue.

It brings together cultural players, educators, young leaders and institutional partners around a common dynamic: making culture an instrument for bringing people together and promoting social cohesion.

Our approach is educational, cultural and institutional.

Mission

Our mission is to :

  • Promoting a culture of peace through concrete initiatives
  • Encouraging intercultural and interfaith dialogue
  • Raising awareness of tolerance among the younger generation
  • Promoting a cultural model based on balance and respect

We see peace as a collective project that requires commitment, education and consistency.

Lines of action

  1. Organization of conferences, meetings and forums dedicated to dialogue
  2. Setting up educational programs in schools and universities
  3. Creating cultural events to promote diversity
  4. Developing national and international partnerships around the values of peace
  5. Production of media and educational content on tolerance

Our ambition is to make the Club Paix et Tolérance a structuring space for reflection and action, capable of placing the values of coexistence at the heart of the cultural dynamics promoted by the Roqey Foundation.
