The Roqey Foundation’s Club Découverte des Talents et Industrie des Étoiles was born of a strong conviction: artistic and creative potential exists everywhere, but it needs a demanding framework to become excellence.

The club acts as a platform for identifying, training and supporting emerging talent in the artistic, cultural and media fields.
It structures a progressive career path, combining mentoring, professionalization and visibility.
We are working to create an ecosystem conducive to the emergence of a new generation of creators and cultural leaders.

Our ambition is to make the Club Découverte des Talents et Industrie des Étoiles an incubator of excellence, capable of revealing potential, mentoring career paths and actively contributing to the cultural influence promoted by the Roqey Foundation.
Biography
Ms Hayat Benkirane
A practising solicitor since 1998, with nearly three decades of experience.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez (1992) and a Master’s degree from Mohammed V University in Rabat (1996). She practises her profession with rigour, commitment and a deep sense of support, making the law much more than a profession: a vocation.
